And those terms state that server admins have the right to kick or ban you for anything that they consider a slur. This is the wrong place to discuss this, contact the server owner and appeal the ban there. This thread is for game feedback.

If the regulation or restriction comes from a private entity (e.g., the game developer/publisher, the game server’s rules, other players) then the Charter does not directly apply, because the Charter restrains government, not private rules.
