alright. I'll try to explain it here as clear as possible.
If you have crouch on toggle, you will have scope sway when you sit down and when you stand up, i guess that is intended behaviour.
Now if you switch your crouch to hold mode, you will only have scope sway when you sit down. When you will stand up, you will have no sway at all as if you were just standing still.
