The normal server I play on (1stRB) and which I pay whitelisting for is not showing up on server list, I guess setting ping to max and searching for it works for some people or if some have it favorited it will show but with it not coming up normally on the list its not getting the participation that it usually does and the games are unable to go live.

Same here, its extremely frustrating when the servers you play on day-to-day are unable to be conveniently accessed, and when you do, they are seeding, with few players even after 6pm on a Saturday.
