Minigun can pen to some light vic engines but not all. Check vid "Why you S**K with the WPMC - Squad Guide" at 22:20 for details

depends on the armor of the vehicle mate

pretty standard thing in the game

#

engine is an internal component so usually if you can't penetrate the armor you can't damage the engine this is true for all vics in the game with some exceptions
