Did you search the server from server browser/look at all servers or from favorites?

Have you tried restarting the game? Rebooting the PC?

Try reinstalling the game, it happens from time to time but usually just reboot and the problem is solved

Verify integrity of game files maybe, you mighta missed an update. It was the same for me, then I verified integrity of game files and everything got fixed

Same problem here, all files are validated but its still browsing for server
