This should buff these weapons by giving the player the option on how would they waste their ammo.

Lower ROF mean lower recoil but lower suppression and vise versa.

Recoil is recoil, its per round. Same for suppression. You can achieve lower rof by just simply letting to of the trigger. Higher rof is unrealistic and just magical.
