All of the guns especially the M27 don’t have a capability in changing zoom x. The only gun that does is the SAR which is the Turkish Armed Forces’ gun. Making every gun have the ability to change zoom rate on f would make the game more realistic, and playable.

Thats because, and this is gonna blow your mind, some optics are fixed magnification
M27 IAR uses the SDO optic which is 3.5x fixed magnification
MPT-76 uses A940 which is 1-4x variable magnification optic
And you are also not correct that only Turkish army has variable optics.
Australian forces have a variable 1-4x optic for pretty much all kits.
Almost every Marksman kit has a variable optic, ones that dont are SVD for INS/IMF, Aussie HK417 and British L129.
Sniper kits have variable optics, excluding the Mosin which has a fixed 3.5x optic.

I would enjoy those that are fixed to have a backup such as the Canadians who have nubs on the elcan as irons. Give the fixed magnified guys the top edge of the optic to make do.
