Extremely low FPS all maps | Squad Community | Page 1

I'm on a 3080RTX, I9900K, 32gb, installed on SSD.
I've tried tweaking game graphics, tried display port and hdmi, all my stuff is up to date like graphics drivers and stuff, played around with nvida control centre, ended all tasks i dont need open, ran diagnostic checks. Taken all the advice online and youtube too. Getting around 40-60% utilisation on graphics card and cpu. Says that game should play on high settings with an RTX 960 and I5, 4th series plus. So I'm unsure why decent PCs cannot get a minimum of 60 fps and no drops on high settings. It's crazy.
I'm running between 40-50fps going as low as 30 on medium settings. I just don't get it. I've played 600+ hours and it's never been this bad ever, I used to be at a steady 80-100 fps up until a few months ago. Surely something is broken within the game for it to be like this.
