20s freezes every 2m

I’ve got a 6950XT and an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. This isn’t a frame rate issue it’s an issue with the game stalling out. The audio also loops.
The rest of the computer works fine, although tab works and discord is fine too.

I’ve turned off all overlays and most background applications. Also doesn’t appear as though any other things are taking resources.
