Game loads in low quality graphics | Squad Community | Page 1

Hi guys,
So I've been having this issue for a few days now I've tried some fixes but they are temporary and the bug just comes back. I can select Epic quality and it would make no difference. No matter what graphics preset is selected or even if it's custom the game only loads in low quality graphics.
The issue is the game loads in the worst possible graphics(The graphics that get loaded in when you set your settings to as low as possible).
I've tried verifying my files(All files get verified), a guy sent me his config file and it worked for a few matches but the game just reverts back to this graphics quality, I have also tried deleting the "WindowsNoEditor" folder and that did fix the issue for one match when the next map loaded in the issue came back. And I've deleted and reinstalled the game but the bug still persists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
