There has been a shortage of cpu pods on all regions lately, any suggestions on regions with high availability of cpu pods, and regions with high availability in general.
This is urgent as our production pipeline relies on pods provisioning on a network volume.

Same issue here. As a new RunPod user, I first created a network volume on US-CA-2 after verifying that the availability of CPU was "High" on the "Create network volume" page. But actually I couldn't create any CPU Pod on US-CA-2. Is this a defect or expected behavior? As I couldn't run my planned pipeline, I immediately deleted the network volume I had just created.
