#Pods stuck at “start container … begin” even for public ubuntu:22.04

• I’m unable to start containers on multiple pods; logs get stuck for 7+ minutes at:
start container for ubuntu:22.04: begin
• This reproduces with a tiny, public image (ubuntu:22.04), so it’s not my image size or Docker Hub auth.
• Affected pod IDs:
• za3sl0wqao0786 (US, RTX 5090) — also stuck fetching/starting
• 192vmhfzz8cuz3 (EU-SE-1, A40) — stuck
• 1u3980xcm8b1ut (US-TX-3, RTX 4090) — stuck
• Actions tried: restart multiple times, created fresh pods in different regions; issue persists.

Please check container runtime / image pull / registry egress for those hosts/DCs around the timestamps.

I think this may have corrected itself. I can now open some templates that create the container.
