Manually changing config on a separately created endpoint in one DC changes config on another

I have two separately created endpoints (A and B) that were created in different data centers and using 2 different network volumes. I manually edited the endpoint A (via Manage -> Edit Endpoint) and pointed it to a different Docker image. When I saved that image, it also changed the image of the other endpoint B. Changing B back to the previous image then caused A to also change. Endpoint IDs : 70964cpd5lrcc1 and 2r1fscka3af0jy

How can this be happening? Expected behavior is that none of the endpoints created independently are sharing a configuration and that changes to one endpoint shouldn't impact others.

It seems both endpoints are pointing to the same Docker image or shared configuration. Even if created separately, changes to a shared image will affect both. Use a new image with a unique tag for Endpoint A to keep them independent.
