i am using runpod/pytorch:2.1.0-py3.10-cuda11.8.0-devel-ubuntu22.04 template

nomrally it brings up the notebook but it does not show up

instead of shows up at http services

and just confirming it does show bad gateway when you try to click? sometimes that initializing is a false error
