My workers didn't even start, but drained my entire balance that I had. The workers failed to initialize and havae been in waiting for close to 16 hours now and drove my balance to negative. Who do I talk to , to get a refund? I am attaching a screenshot and as you can see the delay time is 17 hours plus now and the balance is in the negative.
