#Losing all files on network storage volume

I have a 4T persistent network volume running fine with different pods for the past month or so. But it seems like it is completely wiped (no ls printout after cd into /workspace/) during the past few hours. There is no indication of what happened, and I couldn't find any relavent incident report.

My volume is 1eqfoddv83 at US-CA-S and I have been connecting it to pods z5rj40n4yaqe3o and z60yrbjj39ooky.

did you submit a ticket too?

I submitted a ticket, which is #32416. I was told this is because I mounted two pods onto the same volume.

#

But this has just happened again with pod mhmvkzae9oixcx and volume 6woz35sbsu — all /workspace/ data wiped. But only one pod is mounted.

#

Frankly I am losing trust on this.

@twilit mason @honest sluice can you please investigate?

I'll check with our support team on this. I'm surprised to hear that they gave that answer - there's got to be something else happening. Attaching multiple pods to the same network volume is perfectly acceptable. Apologies for this

@slim tangle is it possible to drop the path of the docker image you're using here so we can test?
