Direct TCP SSH refusing connections on Secure Cloud pod

Pod ID: zfcbwdlotvyeh7
Region: CA-MTL-1

Console shows: ssh [email protected] -p 22030
But I get: Connection refused

Proxy SSH (ssh [email protected]) works, but doesn't support SCP/SFTP so I can't transfer files from my network volume.

Other A40 pods I had in this region previously worked fine with direct TCP. Is this a known issue with certain hosts?
