Having very slow internet connection in EUR-IS3

I have been using H100 SXM and even though I tried with several pods for the last two days, I am very frequently losing any useable internet connection in these pods (0.1Mb/s) either constantly or for hours at a time. Sometimes I get lucky and one pod is good, but the internet could still go at any point. I need internet for these pods, and it used to work very fine before that. please advise which zone is better to use or how to remedy.
