When I publish a new release to one endpoint through the runpod website, I noticed that it will push the release to all other endpoints as well. This has messed up a few of my workflows.

Endpoints are not updated directly. Templates are updated. When you update a template any endpoints built off of that template will be updated. If you want to ensure you update only a specific endpoint you will have to create a unique template for that endpoint.
