It happens occasionally why is this? it shouldn't happen right?

also there is these 3 jobs not being processed, its been like 10mins+, im seeing no worker running, same endpoint id

for this request(462ba6df-29cc-4ed9-993a-4f6c60f99f0a-e1), i saw the worker start working on this request at 8:34:58 my time, at 8:37:54, the worker paused, I am wondering if you made any endpoint changes?
