Crashing after the title screen is a common issue, I have seen it many times myself
I feel like spamming A repeatedly causes it more often
But you should be able to enter after a couple of tries at most

I would recommend you switching to portable, because it could be a permission issue when reading the save file

Close Ryujinx, go to the folder where the .exe is, and make a folder called portable
It will store all it's files there instead of the default location that is appdata

Make the folder and then open ryujinx
It will ask you to set up everything again
After that you can right click the game, go to Open User Save Directory (which will now be inside the portable folder)
And paste the savedata bin there
If it loads, it was just a permission issue because Ryujinx couldnt read the save file in the system directory
Don't worry, they are still in the other folder
Test Lumi, and if it works, you can move everything over
If it doesn't, it could be a problem with your game dump (you could test loading vanilla, if it doesn't work either, redump it)
Or it's just an emulator issue that I don't know about, and the best you can do is ask in Ryujinx's server
