you need to verify that your base game actually boots before trying to mod it

remove all the mods and try to boot base bdsp, if you get the same error you need to fix your game first, id suggest regrabbing the game and update from eshop

in base on your emmunand, not just on your sysnand?

if dumping the game is too complicated, what id suggest is on your unmodded system just redownload the game and update direct from eshop fresh, since that will always be the perfect game, and then you can simply recreate your emunand from scratch, that will create a perfect snapshot of your switch's current state, game and update and all and then from there add the mod

dumping and reinstalling and doing all that seems to not work for some folks, so thats why i recommend the above

in that case id suggest redownloading the luminescent mod off Nexus, make sure to use 7Zip when extracting the files to avoid corruption and reinstall
make sure to have no other mods installed except lumi to test

the latest version of BDSP is 1.3.0

if your unmodded BDSP game works in emunand then you can ignore that

you may just want to double check that you Have the 1.3.0 update installed on emunand though as well

if the dumping method isnt working you can try the alternative method which is number 4 of the guidelines checklist of different things to try out:
4) If Playing on Modded Switch Hardware and you decided to move your dumped files from Sysnand to Emunand, you may have done so incorrectly, causing black screen issues and error messages.

Please confirm the unchanged base game works on your Emunand directly without mods first before attempting to install mods.
If you continue to have issues, we recommend folks make sure their physical cartridges are inside their console before attempting to play the mod, the physical cart will always work whether you are on sysnand or emunand, or if using the digital eshop version, to simply install and download the base game and all updates from the eshop first and then re-create your emunand afterwards from scratch, all while your main account is the eshop account holder. After creating the emunand again from the sysnand you will be able to play the eshop version of the game on your main account without issue.

This method will always work no matter what, and skips needing to dump and reinstall anything

something to try then is to simply pop the cartridge in with the Lumi mod and if that works then your golden/at least can confirm the issue is with the dumping

all the methods ive given you so far Are the legit methods, if you are grabbing files from online, thats piracy.

I have literally gone over all the legit methods with you, and had you done them or followed them, you wouldnt be seeing this issue now at this point

regardless, askign for the update file from an online source after having already been given multiple methods to acquire it legitimiately is a rule 0 violation
