Spawn With Stand

An addon for Ripples of the Past that makes players have a chance to spawn with a Stand upon first join.

THIS CHANCE ONLY RUNS ONCE / WORLD (or server). If you do not get a stand upon joining a world for the first time, you need to use an arrow or commands as normal, or make a new world to try again (if you want to).

The chances are configurable, as well as the possibility to specifically set which stand someone would be getting if they got the chances for it. Compatible for both servers (at least it should be) and for single player.

It should be stands that are obtainable from an arrow, so no, you wouldn't be getting MIH

Unless you specify it in the config

i assume the mod always spins u the wheel to give u a stand when u join a server or maybe even world

It just occurred to me that when you get a stand when creating the world, you first start with nausea and weakness, and when the effects wear off you get the stand, that would be interesting.

I think it would be more faithful to the canon, or not?

i think it only happens if you touch a Stand meteorite or somehow get the Joestar's curse which happened because Dio pierced himself with the meteorite arrow

It's not /config

You have to go into your minecraft instance folder, and inside that there is a config folder, which has a file named ropt_sws. That is what you have to edit

I forgot to respont to this, but in single player worlds it works perfecty. It doesn't "spin the wheel" again. That being said I guess I need to edit it a little to accomodate for servers better.

I think the problem was in the order, for some strange reason there was a space at the beginning of the stand code

I am not available to call at the moment, no. However it is rather easy to change the settings. Just go into where your mods folder, saves folder, resource packs folder and all that kind of stuff is. There should be one called configs, and inside that there should be a file called rotp_sws. That is the config file for the mod. Alternatively you can download configured which will let you configure the addon in-game in the mods section

Find your .minecraft folder, which is most likely in your appdata folder, unless you are on curseforge and using a modpack. If you are running regular minecraft, find your .minecraft folder, and inside that is your config folder. Inside that there will be a rotp_sws, open that with a text editor to edit the chances.

If you are using curseforge, you will need to find your Instances folder, your modpack, and from there basically the same steps as from .minecraft
