Highway to Hell (Tier 3)
Just watched Stone Ocean, and I saw this stand and went: "wow that's so trash it's perfect"

Abilities:
Shared Damage: The user can choose someone to have this ability applied to. When applied, the victim of this ability will always share the same damage that the user does (i.e. starvation, drowning, burning, harmful potion effects, etc.). Highway to Hell will appear around the victim and it's appearance will change depending on the damage the user is suffering. Highway to Hell's ability doesn't have any range, thus can be used anywhere.
