Critical Error on top of certain tasks was done on purpose to prevent autofailing once accepted through the PDA Taskboard.
It can also appear on tasks that require you to go into maps you can't access yet.

HEX code is just an easter egg, something similar to the "Kill Strelok" PDA.

I figured out the issue. This mod right here (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/repack-nitpicker-10) WILL NOT let me load into Pripyat for some reason. Turned it off and it loads just fine.

Actually, that's not the case. Even with all of my mods turned off, and only that mod enabled, it still doesn't load Pripyat. Loads everywhere else just fine.

I do have 677 total mods though.

I even have my loadorder saved, so if I have to reinstall, I can install it the same way I had before with no issue. Guaranteed to work everytime.
