3. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
4. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
5. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
6. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS
7. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm

Nope. Tried launching Anomaly launcher to prefetch sounds and stuff, and it didn't fix anything in GAMMA.

Okay what Im thinking of is basically a config menu for OpenAL that allows you to set technical settings like buffers, gamma should have that done already afaik but it may not have worked? Not sure. Also another question, did you change the volume in the game settings?

To narrow the issue down, I have wired headset with an external USB soundcard, and another wireless headset with an internal soundcard. When using the USB mode, the audio issue occurs. When I bypass the USB soundcard and plug the wired headset directly into the 3.5mm audio jack, it goes away.

So I had the headset plugged into the USB port of the eGPU dock, and that's when the bug occurred. I just plugged it in directly to the computer and it went away. Interesting.

Manufacturer of the eGPU is GPD. GPD G1 is the model. Inside there's an AMD RX 7600M XT.

But it's really weird because vanilla Anomaly works fine, and the issue is only with GAMMA.

The RIGHT way of extracting the archive : Right click on the archive > 7zip > Extract files > Choose your [Gamma directory], REMOVE the check mark on this step, this is mandatory. At the end you should get downloads folder (NOT downloadsmm-dd)

4. Run GAMMA Launcher as Admin, disable the checkboxes:

• Check MD5
• Force git download

5. Click Install/Update GAMMA

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Hopefully this is the best place to ask this, it's not a real issue exactly. During installation I was prompted to delete other installations of MO2 on my pc to avoid issues. I did do that and have had no problems so far. But, I wanted to reinstall the modpack I deleted which was for Oblivion using MO2. 3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Instead, do this:

3) Go to Anomaly\appdata and paste the user.ltx there, and replace it.

1. Find the mod 290- Atmospherics Shaders Weathers and Reshade Latest - Hippobot in MO2

2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Any reason my nightvisions in game dont actually make it easir to see at night? I activate them and the NVG effect covers the screen but no matter what brightness i adjust them to the night time is still pitch black. Its more effective to just walk around with the headlamp on.

@sage ridge Anomaly has a limit of a total of 65535 objects (IDs) in the game. Whenever the game engine generates a new enemy with items, it tags the object ID number to the enemy unit and its items.
The same goes for traders & their items, every time you interact with the trader and visit a new place and kill an enemy and check their loot, you make the game engine generate ID numbers. If that ID number reaches 65535, the game crashes, and you won't be able to play anymore on that same game file, unless you "free" some IDs.
You can lower the amount of used IDs by letting items despawn or by selling/donating them at any trader.
