1) Go to this folder: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_patches
2) Copy these four folders (check pic)
3) Go to your Anomaly folder
4) Paste these four folders (check pic)
5) Overwrite/replace all if asked
6) Go to your \Anomaly\bin folder and delete d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll files.
It won't delete your save files.

ok. the best i can tell from your log is that your game locks up as it tries to spawn an NPC that already exists. You can try to delete this NPC with the in-game console:

• Start the game, load your save
• Press the ~ key
• Type release_id 36612, press Enter
  then see if it still freezes

this may or may not be catastrophic for your game cos that guy seems like a vendor based on the loot

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

I getting this erron in Labaratory X-18. I have mission to kill mutants in laboratory for scientists, and after killing them all and getting close to end of laboratory my game just crashing. logs below:

Killing NPCs, mostly important ones (medics, merchants, technicians) can cause your game to crash. In that case, either leave game crashing NPCs alone, or keep killing them until the game stops crashing.

If you really can't leave that or a bunch of NPCs alone, use #╭📖faq message instruction to enable Debug and kill 'em via Debug menu (F7 - K)

Oh i meant in general. I was wounded in a fight and then I used a medkit to heal my main health. And some parts got the first aid heal. But I thought I'd sleep it off to heal fully later but as I was going around exploring I eventually noticed my parts were fuller than it used to be. And eventually I just found them fully healed with white health. I'm going a fresh start so I just have starter gear.

I'm supposed to heal with first aid medicine then to properly heal Im supposed to either sleep or take meds like post heal right? So, I thought maybe some new auto heal was added in the update
