Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

If you want to play with DX9, do this in your mod list:

1. Enable DX9 Compatibility Patch

Only use after trying other common fixes, like running another install in the launcher.

1. Go to \Anomaly\appdata and open user.ltx with a text editor.
2. Search for snd_cache_size and snd_targets then reduce their value from 256 to 128
3. Launch the game and open the settings.
4. Click Visual then Advanced.
5. Slightly reduce Texture detail and Object detail.

Ok so the low fps was fixed but now there is another issue my fps went from 70 90 to exactly 30fps like when is start playing my FPS is at 70 90 but a hour later it goes down to 30

I have seen people with i7 11th gen and rtx 3060 get 120 130 fps

And my i7 14th gen and rtx 4060 is only giving me a max of 70 to 89 fps

Hey so earlier i had issues with the ui_options.script and the game runs now no crashing, but even when i set the resolution to the lowest possible i'm lagging, i don't have a high end pc but it did run fine before this whole issue. 1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Hey guys, I got a weird thing going on.
First Gamma run, worked great first try, like 1 or 2 crashes up to this point (24 ingame days, so like 100++ hours played I guess?)
I just entered X19 and all sounds, from footsteps to grenades to pda notifications, are really silent.
I tried the launcher's "sound problem workaround", tried letting the installer update everything, but nothing changed.
Loaded a previous savegame in Radar (before the X19 autosave) and that seemed to be fine, only to break again when entering the lab.

The only thing I haven't tried yet is a reboot, which I'm gonna do right now.
Any ideas?

I am on the Last Dawn : Talk to Strider quest.

Strider is not at the Checkpoint.
At first I thought I might have killed him because there was a fight with monolith on my initial approach, but his body is nowhere to be found.
He is also not pinpointed by a quest marker.

as far as I know and as I was told he should be stationed at the Jupiter Checkpoint, south of janov.
Is it possible he didnt spawn at all and in that case can I magic him back into existence?

I think I might find out what cause game crash when "kill important NPC", as you know those big ass NPCs won't keep their guns on bodies, think of that I suddenly realize I installed a QoL tweak called "Weapons don't drop on Ground" months ago, where you can got it on moddb, this might be included in GAMMA idk, I use my own built packs instead. Anyway, that script will force the active items transfer to NPC's inventory, which is highly suspicious matched the crash log lines: "ERROR on rejecting: entity not found...". Then I tried took off it and reload a save to see if it worked, and the result is good: game didn't crash for killing important NPC after I disabled that script.

trying to do quest 'Living Legend: attack on titan", but the pseudogiant will not spawn for me.

i tried doing this mission before Streloks mission to find documents in X6, and Stitches mission where he wants bandages. unfortunately the pseudogiant would not spawn

tried doing mission after completing Strelok's and Stitch's missions, and same result.

has anyone ran into this issue? ive roamed all over the map to see if maybe spawn point was different from where map takes me, but no luck.

If you want to delete the entire thing, you'd get rid of your Anomaly folder, GAMMA RC3 folder, as well as your MO2 folder, since the GAMMA installer requires special files in the MO2 directory.

Try launching the game by choosing an .exe directly instead of the launcher. I had an issue where the launcher wouldn't open one time as well. It eventually fixed itself, no clue why it happened.

Search "G.A.M.M.A. MCM values - Rename to keep your personal changes" in MO2. Rename it and update. After updating disable "G.A.M.M.A. MCM values - Rename to keep your personal changes" and enable your renamed version. Save your user.ltx somewhere else and then overwrite after update.

Night. Suppresed vanila (not UGP gun) sniper rifle. Head shot. Big distance. They insta agro at me. That's what i mean it doesn't work. And i've tried tweaking stealth mcm settings and i've tried tweaking stealth kills anomaly-native checkboxes on and off. Still same result

My last guess is disabling stealth in MO

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and run git-bash.exe.
3. Copy and paste the following command:

git config --global --add safe.directory '*'
and press Enter.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.

1) Go to this folder: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_patches
2) Copy these four folders (check pic)
3) Go to your Anomaly folder
4) Paste these four folders (check pic)
5) Overwrite/replace all if asked
6) Go to your \Anomaly\bin folder and delete d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll files.
It won't delete your save files.
