i had 444 but i updated it again to see if it would fix itself and i now have the too little, also i did a verify files on the vanilla launcher and it said that all of my directx DLL's where corrupt

Don't verify stuff with the Anomaly Launcher, you're using Mod Organizer 2 to launch the game and to manage the mods used in GAMMA.
The error you'll get is harmless and doesn't mean anything, that's not the problem you have with your game.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

level change dead city to yantar, when the map loaded most of the UI didn't load in, game was stuttering heavily, reload didnt fix it so i walked back to dead city

after this level change all my primary tasks got updated, and as i didnt know at the time, deleted or otherwise cancelled

So since the PKM quest is broken apparently because of different PKM weapons I made a small guide until it gets fixed, dunno if it's necessairy, but since I had to use debug for the first time, I figured I might aswell take 2 minutes to write it down

Replacement PKM for Mangun quest: My PKM doesn't work!

First make sure your PKM is in decent condition (100% condition, all weapon parts present in any condition) (Might need to double check what the actual requirements are)

If Mangun still doesn't accept the PKM:

1. Turn on debug menu: #╭📖faq message
2. Launch the game and load your save file.
3. Now press F7 and then press on the Editors List/Item Spawner button.
4. Go down to Weapons [Rifle], the PKM with the quest marker should be on the By icon window (You'll see the quest marker on the right PKM).
5. Select a spawn location (Should be Spawn Location: Inventory by default)
6. Click on the right PKM

You should have heard the quest update notification, and Mangun should now accept your PKM.
You can throw away the other one for it to feel fair.

Hello all, I was hoping to get some help with the constant game freezes I've been getting (ranging from 2 to 30 minutes of gameplay).
The game just freezes randomly and I need to use task manager to close the game and restart. I'm not sure what causes the freeze as sometimes it happens when I sit still or sometimes it seems caused by interacting with something (i.e. lighting a camp fire or turning in a quest).
I have no idea what could be causing this, as there is no fatal error or crash log when it happens. The only other piece of info I can think of is that I am in the Pripyat Outskirts, so idk if that is a problem area.

A quick search of the discord didn't yield any help (or the answer may have been buried in other questions/responses), so I apologize if this is a common problem that has been answered.
Any help would be appreciated.

Quick edit since I tried playing again, the game seems to freeze at a faster rate every time I load up the game. I couldn't even play for a full minute before this last freeze.
edit 2: Ran the updater and reloaded the save, 20 seconds until it froze. Am I just fucked and need to reinstall and give up the run?

Freezes ARE pretty hard to impossible to diagnose
One solid advice is to turn off Dynamic Music
Otherwise, since running the Launcher didn't help, you can try !dest in #🤖bot-commands to try and reinstall Anomaly, too

Now, open your MO2 and reinstall 188- Enhanced Shaders - KennShade and tick:

01 Enhanced Shaders - PBR
02 Enhanced Color Grading
Optional - shader_param controls - simple

This is less of a support request and more of a bug report. I get a CTD when moving to a new zone after playing for more than three or four hours. Simply restarting the game allows me to continue.

Firsts 10 or so hours were crash free, but now I crash pretty often during gunfights, usually just after landing a shot. If anyone else has experienced this and has advice or wants to look at the log file because I have no idea what im looking at lmk. Most gunfights are fine, but once I hit one that crashes, fighting the same guys seems to have a high probability of a CTD.

i'd like some help understanding the gpu usage of Gamma. On both of my gpus, which are a 2070 super and a gtx 1650 (I understand this is a lower end card so bear with me), turning everything to the lowest possible setting and deleting the reshade entirely still pushes both gpus to 100% usage and heat up past 90c, causing them to constantly throttle during gameplay. While this makes some sense in terms of a lower card like my 1650, why on earth is my 2070 super throttling so bad?

I'm also fairly new to pc components. I feel like there might be some gpu optimization that I need to do, but is there anything yall know of I can change?

2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

I was just about to ask the same question about a similar problem... I get the same thing except with a sks ( haven't tested other weapons so far). This only happened after I updated the mods (i'm pretty sure i was already at the 0.9.1 version). Also before I had some wierd crashing regarding some " SkeletonAnimated.cpp ";and "wpn_sig550_luckygun_hud"

Also I have 440 active mods out of the 444 if that's related in any way

Regarding this problem, I have updated both the installer and the mods within again. Launched everything accordingly. However I still get the same problem, when I equip SKS the game crashes and gives a message identical to the photo above this reply (except it has sks instead of g36). The mod list states i have 440 mods active, and 4 things are flagged with a red check, on the tabs: "21 - Visual", "138- Craft and Repair", "191 - Icons", "224 - Newly added addons"

After I bring her the shotgun and ammo she tells me to bring snork hands. But the quest does not appear in the log. And after I bring 4 pieces to her, she just just says hi, bye. Is she retarded? yeah it's 8 hands, it's not treated as a task by the game so it doesn't show up in task log, and the "complete this task" dialog only shows up when you have the correct number of snork hands in your inventory
