just in case anyone is scanning the timeline for the 1092 fatal error i had around 10 crashes yesterday because of it at 20-30 minute intervals but later that day i changed to directx10 from 11 and played for around 5 hours without an issue, today i changed it back to dx11 and played for about 6 hours with no crashes

Hi. After downloading gamma more times, ive realised, that there is a 10-20 fps difference between the first launch and the ones after the first one. Usually i get around 70-80 on the first launch, but after changing some base settings such as grass density( lowering it) etc, on the second lauch i always get between 50 and 60. Is that how it simply works? It could be some settings but i always make them less demanding and dont really turn up anything.

I have this issue on another computer that Stalker Gamma has no sound.
Other games have sound tho.
Other applications still have sound, while stalker when it has launched has no sound, neither menu music nor ingame sounds.
It seems like it selected the wrong audio output, is there a way to select a certain output device? In the settings I only have the soft open al

If I hook up a 3.5mm jack to the sound output of the computer I have sound in stalker, but I need the sound to come out of my HDMI attached device, not the 3.5mm jack. It works for all and any other application.

As I already wrote, other applications and games have no issue with sound, it always comes out of my default audio device connected via HDMI.

Y'all got any idea what can be done?

Ran a couple of fresh installs with v6 launcher. Game keeps launching in a small window and I can't move my cursor in-game any farther right or down than where it's shown here. If I scroll to settings with my arrow keys and hit enter to modify them, I get a crash with this message. 1. Collapse the categories in MO2, by sorting mods by Priority and close the categories by using the arrows on the left side (first picture for reference below).

Fixed the values for my resolution in the file the bot showed but still getting this same error for that value in my Anomaly folder. Do I need to do another step to make sure the change in the GAMMA folder is reflected in the Anomaly folder? Thanks for the help! So turns out there's a filepath similar to the one the bot gave for the GAMMA UI and that's where I made the first change to the resolution. Found the right file and made the change and my game doesn't crash on settings anymore. Apologies for my mistake there. Could have saved you a lot effort. It's still launching in that same tiny window, but since I have access to settings now I'll play around with it and see if I can't get it back to fullscreen myself. Thanks again for the help!

all the mods that show up in MO2 have already been extracted. enabling a mod tells MO2 to load that mod's files in its virtual file system. it does not dynamically delete anything - that is MO2's great strength over other mod managers

because it doesn't actually overwrite or delete files, you are free to arbitrarily move mod priorities/enable or disable mods/selectively load parts of mods by using its file hiding feature. that's why most serious modders will try to use MO2 if it's available for their game

and if something goes wrong - nothing was deleted so recovery is easy

found the fix! basically, i loaded a last save, still had the issue, loaded the one before that and the only difference was i fast travelled to cordon and i think something bugged out with the stats updated and created some loop.

It’s just a funny nvidia way to say that it can be enabled globally only on opengl, for dx it’s set on application level, nvcp just trying to force the specific application to use triple buffering implemented already in it

That freezoom bug seems to bork the save, no way to get rid of it. I thought it was mentioned you have to go back to an older save. Haven't had it since I started a new game but I tried all sorts of things and couldn't get rid of it before that.

I think how I triggered it, I also have freezoom set to my front mouse side button (rear set to change fire mode), and I was in a hectic situation with bloodsuckers trying to switch to HP ammo and died. So I must have hit that key as well in my hesitation.

On a side note, couple days ago I mentioned having crashes a lot after using inventory menus/looting a lot, I seemed to have fixed that by disabling all the reshade FX (kept the default reshade initially). I've seen people saying they having similar behaviour/issues, so maybe try that.

The errors with uni_anim_core.script (4 or 64) come from incompatible weapon mods.
I had to manually add the resources for installation and uncheck force git.
After installation installing it again with "force git) helped to solve this error.

guys i messed up my game by changing settings (not the mod configuration)
i changed every setting within visual -> advance settings , after updating to v6.0.0.0 launcher and all the mods

now i sit with a problem , my entire game is black , if i use night vision it still shows black , the only thing showing is the skies , sun and its sun rays showing on the ground , the rest are black allmost asif the entire game lost its textures

i have check the box in clearing the shader cash in anomaly launcher
i have clicked on reset on the bottem left (it does nothing) at advance visual settings

could anyone tell me what i can do in order to fix the game , i dont mind adding other mods , i just don't want to lose my save game
even a new game renders everything black
