If you have installation issues related to github errors in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed).
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
  • Launch the GAMMA Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
  • Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful.

I have a question regarding the disguise system. If I am disguised and remove the according patch from my inventory (accidentally, e.g. via "move all"), my disguise gets removed without letting me know, as it still shows in the character portrait my inventory. That has lead to a few problems in the past with me being confused as to why enemies are shooting at me. By now I know that I can favourite the patch, but is it still possible to let me know that my disguise has been removed after I remove the patch from my inventory? It's probably going to happen again pepe_base

@quasi dragon To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete Atmospherics_GAMMA_x.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

3.) Place it into your GAMMA\downloads folder.

If you are failing to download all of the mods and still don't have #πŸ“577-mods-in-mo2 then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

  • Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information go to #πŸ€–bot-commands and type !antivirus
  • Exclude both your Anomaly and GAMMA folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this go to #πŸ€–bot-commands and type !defender
  • Once the above steps are done, ensure you have the latest launcher seen in #πŸ’½how-to-update and START IT AS ADMINISTRATOR.

If the above steps still do not solve your issue then verify your hosts file by going to #πŸ€–bot-commands and type !hosts If that still does not work then connect to a VPN and try again.

If none of that works then make sure your game is installed at the root of whatever drive you are using (e.g. C:\GAMMA , D:\GAMMA) notice there are no periods between letters.....

Do not install on an external hard drive!

It won't delete your save files.

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
  3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file

We'll get you working but it may involve redownloading several large files. I fixed my SR-25 issue which is the same error message so I am sure I'll manage to get you working as long as you don't have any other problems.

Once you've set to the default profile you should have 446 mods listed, all I had to do was turn on Mags Redux and foliage again and I was back in the save from my pre-update run.

Something bugged with this weapon, I'm testing and others are working. When i equip PP I don't raise the weapon and I cant shoot, reload, etc. I can still open eq and unequip it :v

Delete those 3 files, and then use the launcher to Install \ update, will take awhile, make sure you have set the MO2 profile to G.A.M.M.A if you had created custom profiles like I did.

hey, I just updated my game(I have 446 mods) and started a brand new save. I started as a loner in Cordon, and selected a pistol and the PP-19 as my starting loadout. When I try to pull out the PP-19, I hear the sound of my character picking the gun, but it doesn't show up, I can't fire and neither swap to a different weapon. The only way out is to access my inventory and remove the gun manually. I started a new save to check if it was a busyhands bug, but the same thing happened. Any clues someone?

I just reinstalled the game, but the PP-19 is bugged here. I managed to take a screenshot of a behaviour when I get really close to a ledge. When I'm not near a ledge or anything like that, the gun doesn't show up, doesn't fire and I can't swap weapons.

So the tough important NPCs mod doesn't seem to work for me. I did some tests to see if changing the values to 0 would make the important NPCs invinsible but they can still be killed. I've used this mod before in Anomaly and it worked as intended so I'm stumped as to why it won't work in GAMMA. It doesn't seem to have any conflicts

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
  • Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
  • Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.
