If you are failing to download all of the mods and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

• Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information go to #🤖bot-commands and type !antivirus
• Exclude both your Anomaly and GAMMA folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this go to #🤖bot-commands and type !defender
• Once the above steps are done, ensure you have the latest launcher seen in #💽how-to-update and START IT AS ADMINISTRATOR.

If the above steps still do not solve your issue then verify your hosts file by going to #🤖bot-commands and type !hosts If that still does not work then connect to a VPN and try again.

If none of that works then make sure your game is installed at the root of whatever drive you are using (e.g. C:\GAMMA , D:\GAMMA) notice there are no periods between letters.....

Hey everyone

I've been working on this problem for a few days, uninstalling and reinstalling and everything I can think of.

I can launch gamma, and even load a specific old save. However, the other saves, and trying to start a new game, crashes the game with this error:

You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:

1. Add your Anomaly folder to your antivirus exceptions. For Windows Defender, do as instructed here: #🖥️how-to-install message
   🔹 If you need to keep your savefiles, type !save in #🤖bot-commands
2. Now delete all the content inside your Anomaly installation folder.
3. Move both the Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 update .zip files into the now clean Anomaly folder.
   🔹 If you don't have both Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 .zip files, download them again from Moddb or get them by typing !torrent in #🤖bot-commands
4. Right click the 1.5.1 zip file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here".
5. Then, right click the 1.5.2 update zip file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here".
6. Launch Anomaly, once you get to the main menu, exit the game.
7. Go to your G.A.M.M.A. folder and delete the ModOrganizer**.ini** file, found right under the ModOrganizer**.exe**.
8. Now, always inside your G.A.M.M.A. folder, go inside the .Grok's Modpack Installer folder and open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin, press First Install Initialization and select your Anomaly folder in the popup, don't open it, you just need to select folder.
9. Untick/deselect all the options under the Install/Update G.A.M.M.A. button and press it to install and finish.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin
2. Enable the top 4 boxes under the installation buttons, make sure they're selected
3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Ran into something weird
I've been playing on the same save for a few dozen hours now, and this has happened twice.
I clear a whole squad of stalkers, loot em, and find a universal repair kit with one use left. SCORE!

it disappears, nowhere to be found.
the first time, I thought I just dropped it with the shift key and didn't notice or something
the second time, about a minute or so after picking it up, after making sure I looted it, I check my inventory and it's gone.

Idk if this has been reported already, but if you use the gun display and put in a rifle or anything then close it and grab the rifle from the display without actually accessing it you double the rifle you get one in the inventory and one stays inside the gun rack inventory

You have modded your game before. I remember you coming through here numerous times. Are you saying you returned your modlist to complete default? unticking the mods doesn't return the game to default when your trying to play on the same save.

When you add mods it can really mess things up. Especially in ways like you are mentioning.

Try keeping it on. The point of all of that is when you leave them on they will potentially flag the modified exes because they are modified exes. They are safe to use and have passed virus checks. There is also an issue where files are being scanned as they are downloading and installing which screws up the process.

Just keep track of what you disable so you can turn it back on once your are done installing.

• In ZCP, disable Old Ammo. Enabling it causes a crash when looting any inventory containing ammo

Can anyone help me? Its my first time installing GAMMA, been tryna relaunch the install/update thingy to get all the mods. I got all 400+ mods, but I had a flag at "Newly added addons" so I tried to relaunch the thing for a reinstall in hopes of getting that flag off. Should I try the manual download for the large files? Im worried about the flag, I dont know if I'd be able to remove that if I do it.

First - try to relaunch the install of "gamma_large_files_v2.zip". Just hit the cancel button and it will start again. It happened to my 'cause of my shitty internet.
Second(if first doesn't work) - type the command "!largefiles"

2. Enable the top 4 boxes under the installation buttons, make sure they're selected
3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in /.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 5.0 is the newest)

1. Find G.A.M.M.A. Stealth Crash Fix in MO2, using the search bar in the middle.
2. Right click > Open in Explorer
3. Delete everything inside the mod's folder

Yes it gets (a lot) of mods and other files that make the launcher work off GitHub, no you should not need to be logged in

Yoho. Is there a way to reduce or right out remove my stash loading lag? In mid to late game it can take up to 10-15 seconds for my stash to load in as I approach the vicinity of it or when I'm moving away. (I horde lots of stuff). It kills my mood to play longer campaigns. Never really found a solution for it so I'm taking a shot asking for any help on the matter here now. Really appreciate any help or previous discusion threads about it.

I TRIED TO REINSTALL IT ON ANOTHER DISK AND NOW IT WAS REMOVED DURING INSTALLATION AND I COULDN'T REPACK IT FROM THE PACKAGE AS SOMETHING WAS BLOCKING IT

1. Try to have multiples stashes for each categories (weapon, armor, medics, supplys, etc)

2. Try to avoid have a lot of stuff and yes, i know, its hard, i like transfer all stuff i found, every weapon parts, armor parts

3. its cause of Sorting-Plus, thats why you at least need to divide each categories in each individual stash
