2. Enable the top 4 boxes under the installation buttons, make sure they're selected
3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

Not really no. There is a mod in #1035807043933720576 that slightly tweaks some settings to make it less jarring. Try that one. Then if you need help you will need to go to #🔨modded-gamma-support though.

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

HD Models

If you want HD Models rather than DICK and FVM (which are much better imho).

HD models are bad for a number of reason: bad normal maps, i.e. flat looking textures and bad reaction to environmental lightning. They can also greatly affect your performances in certain areas. Their diversity is also not good compared to DICK which includes 3000+ models, i.e. almost one unique model per NPC in the Zone. That is why I do not recommend HD models.

If you still want it:

1. Untick the following add-ons:

• Dux Innumerable Characters Kit
• Fixed Vanilla Models
• DICK Black Jack patch
• Cr3pis icons helmetless armors
• Better portraits icons
• GAMMA Better Merc voices

5. In MO2, right click GBOOBS BWRR patch - Grokitach and click Reinstall mod. Select GBOOBS Patches and tick BWRR patch as well as HD models patch.

So Im using a mod that uses M to open a UI menu. And it seems like M was used by Gamma for switching off nightvision on scopes of my railgun. The class mod that I am using appears to have overriten this. Sadly M is not in the control settings. Is there a way to manually change the keybind to switch scopes nightvision on/off?

I got a weird problem. Played a few days of the most dull run of stalker so far. Everything is zombies. I think I killed Boars in the tutorial then 3 cats in Cordon and ever since its only been zombies from Cordon to Army Warehouse. I havent even seen a bandit until I made a B line to Dark Valley to see if theyre even in the game. Is there a mod or option I might have hit to make it a Zombie Apocolypse?

the camera moves as if you're doing something, you're locked in place, but the hands don't move which is the whole point of an animation mod in the first place

to further elaborate i have enabled the backpack opening animation which is also not enabled by default, and that works perfectly fine, the item consumption animations also work

when we said it was "disabled by default" we mean "the option in the FDDA MCM is unchecked"

Im totally stumped, ive tried all the stutter fixes. Also tried the meatchunk prefetch. My game runs great, but randomly it will start stuttering and it will not stop. Games completely unplayable. Tried reinstalling but its the same problem.

fun update: so I did doublecheck just basegame anomaly + gamma's version of FDDA + MCM, that works - skinning sound, particles, and animation plays. I can tell you now what doesn't fix the skinning anim issue:

• disabling any of the newly added or modified mods (SR-2M Reanimation, HD Lurkers, XM4 reanimation, Tiskar & Burn's icon changes, GAMMA Repair Kit Rename, Alternative Bloodsuckers)
• rolling back to the Nov 25 version of Demonized EXEs (thus undoing any updated Demonized LUA script changes)
• any combo of FDDA animation options
• disabling any of the gun rarity changes (real hail mary shot)
  I'm going to chalk it up to a mystery of the zone and continue to recommend people not enable this setting, because after all we are in the "no modifications to gamma support channel".

I had a similar issue, is it possible your crouch key is tied to the same key as the free zoom mod? Check your mod configuration menu and look for a mod called “Free Zoom / FOV Tricks” and see if the free zoom keybind is the same as your crouch key.

Cause then it should be default cause I was a numpty and didn't save it with the last update

I did that, the launcher still had some red crosses however.
After launching game, without changing options i could load my save just fine.
But it reset game setting after update ,so i put my game resolution back to 1440p, and changed a few keybinds, turned on toggle for the crounch lean etc and changed to borderless as well. After doing that and confirming changes i got this error

I did notice the old gamma gamma_large_files_v2.zip was 700mb, the one I downloaded was 1.8GB and some red crosses did go away

Hey people,

I just noticed life-giver grants unlimited life based on the set time rather granting life until set maximum. Is there a way to set it only starts giving life, if it is lower than the set start amount of lives? e.g. Start with ironman, lifegranter (each 3 days) and 2 lifes. If I die and have one life, it will give one life after 3 days and then it wont give me another life after 3 days. It will only start when I lose one life again.
