I think this is the proper support channel but I really like the Gun racks and assumed they were part of the Hideout Furniture/ HF Expansion mods but I don't see anything on the mod pages or if I look up gun racks on moddb. Anyone know which mod that would be? I would like to add it to my custom lightweight modpack for "base" anomaly

Hello, i have a bug with the scopes. When i scope with my gun, mu arms and my gun dissapear and when i unscope it's still clocked. But when i switch weapons i see my arms back and my weapon.

I just updated Gamma and I'm getting crashes in Limansk generally after fighting through the guys behind the construction site on the Mortal Sin quest line

Went ahead and used @raw raft's suggestion, waiting on it now to see if it fixes itself. I know I had one of those "Changes will apply after restart" messed with and it just takes too long to open and close repeatedly to diagnose the issue. Appreciate the extremely fast response, folks.

Ok since you are strait up missing 4 mods then start the launcher (vers 5.0) again as ADMIN (mandatory) and click install/update. It will not download them all again, it will only pull what is missing or corrupted. After you do that then right click on that Hideout mod and select "reinstall" then replace if prompted.

Hello. I've run into an issue. When I go to open the gamma launcher, it opens the first window where all the code usually is, then it would open up the mod manager. The first window opens, but nothing happens, it's just a blank, black window with nothing on it, and the launcher doesn't open. Is there a way to fix this?

And as a second, when scroll down and open ModOrganizer directly, it does open and there doesn't seem to be any obvious issues. Is openning the game via the launcher exe strictly required?

I can't get DX10 mode to work, either standard or AVX. Yeah, I have that issue too, but I managed to fix it on my own

1. I downloaded a fresh new copy of the mod from ModDB (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/hideout-furniture-expansion) and put it in the GAMMA/Downloads folder (first pic)
2. Went into MO2 and reinstalled the mod (second pic)
3. You should see something like this, it means the FOMOD is working (third pic)
4. Just click install and then click on replace to delete the mod and put in the new files
5. It should be good, the game runs fine for me at least

i just see that the topic was jsut touched. Wanted to ask the same question. Installed everything, started up no problem, but of course i wanted to remove some mods which might hinder me like the campfire save one and the rain texture doesn't seem better from vanilla. I'm just going to start a new save, but i wanted to ask on how i navigate the conflicts, i dont really get the how the red and green coloring scheme is supposed to show me if the installed mods have conflicts or not. Mind you im using what is in the base gamma files. But just clicking around the categories things jump from red to green and jesus, i dont know if something has a conflict with anything or not. Also after i press RUN it shows in the launcher and it says "installed addon can cause problems and crashes"

yeah, i know these add-on are carefully curated exactly so that they dont have conflict with eachother, its just strange the launcher shows that error still...checked the conflicts tutorial in the meantime so i think i got the jist of it

the launcher warning is just a warning most games have when you used modded files dont worry about it and the conflicts in the MO2 list again i wouldnt worry about there really isnt anything to fix there thankfully. if you look up campfire and rain or shaders in MO2 just under the mod list you should be able to easily find the mods your looking for and disabling rain fx and campfires should not cause any troubles if you do have a problem try turning the rain fx or shader back on

Hi stalkers, I have an issue ; the game minimizes to desktop every few minutes. After research it's caused by a system file named "tfatesh" located in AppData, which is a dependency of RgAsm.exe, big name is Microsoft .NET Assembly Registration Utility.

So this executable steals focus every few minutes. It happens also in my OG S.T.A.L.K.E.R playthru. I don't have the slightest clue about what to do to keep this .exe to steal focus. Any .NET connoisseur ?

sorry i dont think i did a good job at explaining this properly so here. the mod scans ledges in the game and that little ledge at the front of the fireplace is what you are grabbing, you clearly can not fit on that ledge but the climbing mod makes you move in a fixed animation (this is why there is a setting to check if your character can fit on the ledge you are trying to climb) at the end on said animation you are inside a solid object i.e. a wall. when you finish the scripted animation the game engine physics take back over and push you back into bounds often doing a lot of damage in the process and the reason you ended up outside is because when you climbed on the ledge your head went into the roof so the nearest free spot on the y axis you were on was the spot behind you outside as that is the direction away from the wall you are being pushed out of.

Yeah, make sure you pause your Antivirus and whitelist your anomaly and gamma folders. Start the launcher as admin and run it again. You are missing four mods, thats why you crashed. After you do that and get your install to #📍577-mods-in-mo2 then I will help you fix that ❌

i was having terrible stutters, almost to the point of not being playable but then i set my gamma up like the framerate-optimisation suggests, with avx off, and have been getting a very smooth experience, but the reticles on some of the sights are off - so i changed texture lod from 2 to 1 in my user.ltx and the reticles are fixed but the stutters are back, perhaps worse and more frequent than before. is there any other fix i can do to fix the reticles without the stutter? sorry if this has been answered before, i did not see

Alright, I'm going to be honest with you. I can already see that you missed a step since you watched an outdated video guide on how to install. Please follow the steps in #🖥️how-to-install to get the game up and running. If you want you can save your gamma/downloads folder so you don't have to re-download all the mods. Also, you need to make sure your user has full permissions on those folders you create on that secondary drive.

The game really really needs to be installed on an internal hard drive. This old game engine does not like being on an external one. Not only that but I'm sure you are dealing with windows permission issues since that is an external drive. That can also cause lots of trouble with both the game and launcher.

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Well you could try traveling to the next area and see if he comes with. Or if you really want you can enable companion teleport in Mod Organizer 2 and push J in game. Though that keybinding is with something else too so you may need to change the keybinding for companion teleport in Mod Configuration Menu.

When you're in game, press J (you probably want to change this keybind to something else or remove it from the taskboard function, because it is used for both).

Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

If you don't want to enable the mod, then you can also just tell them to follow you and then go sleep in a bed, it should work. Be sure to be close to them because they still need to "hear you".

I've been having an issue for like a week or so. I play the game for a few minutes and then everything freeze and it's either permanently frozen (task manager shut-down of the program) or it freezes up for like 5-10 seconds, then it starts again, then it freezes for like 3 seconds and then it's good for another few minutes of game-time. Usually happens when I'm running around (as if loading objects might have something to do with it) and other times it's when I'm in combat in one location.
I'm using about 20-60% of my computers capacity (depending on component).
Not sure where to look up any logs, could any1 help out a fellow ecologist? :3

This is driving me nuts. I've run into a problem, which wasn't there when I was playing all yesterday, and seems to have surfaced when I updated the moddb addons from the installers. I don't know if that's 100% the cause though.

The issue is this: When walking and running, especially on a specific surface type (The one that sounds like stepping on gravel), one of the step audio bites has a noticeable audio pop/crackle. Has/is anyone else experienced this? How can I have this not happen.

I have Hip as a companion, loot corpses is always off, yet somehow she managed to grab a VSSK and she refuses to switch it to any other gun. Moreover, her inventory is empty but it says that she's overloaded 78/30kg. So I quicksaved and killed her and apparently she has a shit ton of guns on her, including VSSK. Is there any way to empty her inventory without killing her?

yes. enable this mod, then once enabled, go to in-game Mod Config Menu -> Companion Inventory Unlock -> enable the option that shows all items or w/e it's called

When I launch the GAMMA launcher, I regularly hit the “instillations and updates” button when it shows on the top if theres a gamma and or moddb update.
