Why do we have these mods in the mod list if we can't activate them?

Because G.A.M.M.A. is STILL IN BETA.
NO, Grok can't simply remove these mods. Version 1.0 will have a clean mod list.

If you really want to use stuff that is disabled by default, forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, use #🔨modded-gamma-support instead.

unfortunately that did not fix my issue. Just to verify, there are only 5 mods under disabled? I thought I remember seeing more, and the ones on I do not recall turning on. However I did click on sort by mod name so I no longer have the drop down categories.

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file

hey its been like to days but ive seen the get_real_community crash reported like nine times and as far as ive seen nobodys responded to one i fixed it by getting ahuyns anomaly dependencies particularly the trader auto inject but i think you could reuinstall the mod and deselect the dependancies option in the fomod

So the anaomly folder has a folder with in the folder which is 1.5.2 just how it is do i need to open the first and select the other anoamly folder i just did not do that cause it's Bolden do not open any folder

1. Check if you are blocked from accessing and browsing https://www.moddb.com/ (you'll see a big red screen)
If you are blocked, then WAIT for the indicated time + 40 minutes and then try to visit the website again.
Alternatively, you can use a VPN to bypass the block.
Don't check every five seconds if the timer is going down, it can lead to problems.
Don't delete anything unless we told you to do so.

If you're not blocked:
2. Open your GAMMA Launcher and check if you have the latest launcher, which is 5.0.0.0.

If you don't have it, go in #🤖bot-commands, type !50 and follow 2), 3) and 4) of the steps, then continue with this guide
3. Disable antivirus temporarily
4. In Windows Defender, add Anomaly and G.A.M.M.A. folders to Exclusions:

@vernal abyss We can't really see the problem if you take a picture with your cellphone. If you have a problem you want to share with us, you can do the following, since we don't care about your second monitor or your desktop background:

  1. While in game, press F12, go inside Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If the screenshot isn't there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
  2. Press PRTSC (Print Screen on your keyboard) open Paint, CTLR + V to paste the pic, save it, send it
  3. Windows key + Shift + S, which let you choose what part of the screen you want to take, it will directly copy the pic for you.

So I've encountered something funky. Currently in Agroprom for some documents and a Mutant Tracker. At the designated spot, I couldn't find the mutants in question, but several anomalies throughout the area. Trying for the document stash instead, I find it.. glitched into a tree? well i7 7700 with 1070 at 1440p gets you with good looking nps at max render distance and max textures and anisotropic 15 medium sun shadows and volumetric lights gets you everything 40 to 50 fps

  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
  3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
  4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder

  6. Open the G.A.M.M.A. launcher with admin rights

Hi, I have a problem with gamma. I have an ultrawide (21:9) I want to play at 16:9 though. In other games, all I have to do is set the desktop resolution to 16:9 and it works but gamma doesn't take the desktop resolution into account and goes to 21:9 even though the desktop is set at 16:9. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

What could be the cause of the crash? Im fighting Renegades in the Great Swamp and after getting hit the game crashes, happened 3 times now. I have had similar experience like 3-4 times already. After getting hit by enemy my game just shuts down. This is the first time when I get this message. Usually it's just crahs nad back to MO2 screen

  3. Copy this file and paste it in GAMMA RC3/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources.
  4. Remove Robocopy_10.exe from this folder and rename your recently pasted Robocopy.exe to Robocopy_10.exe
  5. Relaunch GAMMA Launcher** with admin rights**, it should be fixed

So this is a random problem I have. I've tried swapping to HDMI and it doesn't change. (Swapped from DP) don't know how to fix. Also, when I had this problem before recent major update, I would swap to borderless and that would fix it. However when I try that now it crashes my game. Have no idea what the problem is. in that time plz check you mod list and check if there are RED "X" near any mod if there is post it here so the guy can tell you what to do... *iv had that happening to me 3 times yesterday each time a different mod had corrupt files

Hello, i am not sure where to ask this, but i get stutters when i look in a certain direction (example the Rokie village), i´ve tried to install classic textures and no grass addons, but the issue remains the same.   • Increase texture detail to 3/4 or 4/4, or enter texture_lod 0 in the in-game console, and then restart the game.

If the steps from above didn't work, try this fix instead:

  1. Download the mod from #🔨base-gamma-support message
  2. In Mod Organizer 2, click on File -> Install mod
  3. Find wherever you saved the Jubs_Low_Texture_Red_Dots.rar file.
  4. Click “OK”. Name it however you want. It will be at the very end of the mod list.
  5. Enable this mod.

Afaik this is a cursed NPC loadout crash and not related to bandaging, will have to wait for a hotfix. In the meantime you can maybe get around it by deleting all spawned NPCs and praying the new spawns aren't cursed

If you crash upon changing your resolution in game, you can change it before launching the game. In Anomaly/appdata/user.ltx look for the vid_mode line and change it to the resolution you like.

Hello people

So here is question: just reached lvl 5 ecologists' traders (2000 honour points in PDA stats). But not Sakharov nor other professor guy in Jupiter bunker, none of them don't sell PSU recipes for exoskeleton. It has to be on spot where I markered with pink color (screenshot), but its nothing here. I've reloaded locations, sleeped to skip time, reloaded save, even re-entered game, nothing helps. 2) Go to your GAMMA folder, find and delete ModOrganizer.ini (Image for reference below).

Turn your anti virus and firewall off (Defender, McAfee, Norton, etc) temporarily to just update / download the GAMMA mods and when done, turn it back on.

When turning off your anti-virus and firewall it should look like this:

@slender pond You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:

  1. Add your Anomaly folder to your antivirus exceptions. For Windows Defender, do as instructed here: #🖥️how-to-install message
    🔹 If you need to keep your savefiles, type !save in #🤖bot-commands
  2. Now delete all the content inside your Anomaly installation folder.
  3. Move both the 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 Anomaly .zip files into the now clean Anomaly folder.
    🔹If you don't have both Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 zip files, download them again from Moddb or get them by typing !torrent in #🤖bot-commands)
  4. Right click the 1.5.1 zip file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here".
  5. Then, right click the 1.5.2 update zip file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here".
  6. Launch Anomaly, once you get to the main menu, exit the game.
  7. Go to your GAMMA folder and delete the ModOrganizer**.ini** file, found right under the ModOrganizer**.exe**.
  8. Now open the GAMMA launcher as admin, press First Install Initialization and select your Anomaly folder in the popup.
  9. Untick/deselect all the options under the Install/Update G.A.M.M.A. button and press it to install and finish.

@north turret To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.
