Finaly i solved my problem with this horrible bullet hud, it is a option from the mod Mags redux, to disable you need to go to mcm menu and in Magazines section theres the option to disable the hud, I'm just posting here in case anyone was dying from inside like me with this bullet hud enabled

hey so i've never run into this issue before but i was fighting some dogs and when i went to loot i noticed when i looked down all of a sudden the perspective was different, like i'm higher up and i can see my whole body and now when i walk and look down even the slightest my feet are way out in front of me and there's an invisible bubble around me when getting close to npcs i can only get so close. it's like i'm higher up then everything else as well when i look down a bit. it's weird and i can't seem to be able to fix it, tired restarting, trying different saves.

In reality you should probably download the c++ one, the DirectX one and the .net framework. If your missing one dependency you could be missing others. Absolutely no harm in downloading and installing these if you are on windows.
