Hello ! I am looking to start a fresh save for the 0.9, but before that I wanted to tweak a few things, and wanted to know where to tweak them :

• Lessen the monsters spawn rates, raise humanoids spawn rates (I think there is an option directly in-game, but I haven't noticed a significant difference during my last playthrough, so I wondered if there was some files I could access to tweak those values further)
• Lower some monsters health to make them less bullet sponges, but increase their damage to not make them irrelevant either
  Basically I want a save file with a lot of gunfights, with occasional monster encounters

for NPC spawns, your best bet is probably ZCP settings in MCM. For damage, you can increase damage multiplier in gameplay settings after you start game. I don't know if there's an easy way to pump up their damage tho.

I recently started a new character in Warfare mode, and it only does that on this mode. My normal story mode works just fine.

You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Looks like the minimum values changed since my last playthrough, if I remember correctly it was capped at 0.2 spawn rate, now I can slide to 0 if I want, so I'll try!
However for the damage multiplier, it seems to affect all enemies in the game, but I just want to tweak mutants, as humanoids are perfectly balanced for my taste

G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list and a default list of keybinds and settings, just to make sure everyone has the same things.
When you update, everything goes back to default for this reason, so yes, it's normal.

So setting an option in Nvidia Control Panel called "anti-aliasing - transparency" to 8x super sampled seemed to make the grass look decent but the trees and objects themselves still have the horrible staircase effect of aliasing even with 8x aliasing or very high SMAA. If I use the Nvidia Control Panel FXAA option, it's just super blurry. I can try the MFAA option again, but I don't think it helped. So basically just need help with tree and object anti-aliasing

I spent 1300 dollars upgrading my computer and I'm asking for simple anti-aliasing workarounds. I'm not even picky with graphics settings lol. It just genuinely hurts to look at as aliasing has always and will always be the most irritating thing in games for me (outside motion blur which can be fixed easily).

The aliasing is mostly caused by bad alphas in the texture.
If you want less aliasing, use a different custom textures.

I personally use Adega with Aydin's grass tweaks that only has autumn grass installed.

Looked better without AA than trying to smooth out the default look with ton of AA

If you don't know of any options, then that's on you and I'm not asking for a response if you have no solution. I've seen plenty of people with similar or less expensive rigs that don't have the level of aliasing issues I do.

I am stuck in some kind of vicious download loop with Gamma and it's launcher. It was working fine two days ago. Every time I open the launcher, it automatically starts reinstalling/updating all of the addons, so you have to wait to play the game. It literally has to re-download the mod every time I want to play it

It does it every time I open the launcher and I am on 9.0 with the latest launcher

So I can eventually get in and start playing, then close and re-open the game, and it needs to re-download everything to launch again

It's turned into a game where each install is good for a one-time use, wtf

You can if you will NEVER update anymore. I would not recommend this, because the launcher checks this folder and if the archive is up to date it will not download a new one. If you delete everything from this folder it will redownload everything from the internet the next update that you will press. And also the updating = checking if no mods are corrupt

G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list and a default list of keybinds and settings, just to make sure everyone has the same things.
When you update, everything goes back to default for this reason, so yes, it's normal.

2. Enable the top 4 boxes under the installation buttons, make sure they're selected
3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Hello,i have a problem with starting the game in DX8,i do every step which is mentioned in the DX8 guide,i suspect the problem is that reshade software (the one that opens when you press the Home key) since the software says it has some errors and then the game crashes.
How do i disable that software?
(Game runs in DX11 but with 8fps with every slider and graphical setting on the lowest)
This crash does not happen in DX11,only in ther DX versions.

Hmm.
The log just says that the game is shutting down, like not even crashing... Just shutting down

Open the gamma launcher as admin and tick the "delete reshade dll's", so in total all 5 options would be enabled.
And click install update gamma.

Once its done, re-do the !dx8 steps and see if it runs.

Hey I’m having an issue with the task finder mod or whatever it’s called. The one that if I understand it correctly if I’m standing in a village full of people and I open it up it should show all available missions in a certain radius around me. It’s not showing any missions at all even after I refresh the page and such. I know there’s missions to be gotten inside the set radius. Any idea on what’s causing the issue or is it user error?

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Hey i have a small problem, my PDA messages dont show up on my HUD, i have to manually check them in the PDA. I've looked through the settings and cant find any options to turn it on or off. Ok, so I bruteforced it and it starts :
1- Remove all shader cache by deleting the file in Anomaly
2- In the gamma launcher, check every tickbox then click "Install/update gamma"
3- After calling your grandma, feeding the cat, doing 100 squats, followed but 20 pushups, making some food and watering the plants, while it downloads everything, hit play
4- In the anomaly launcher, choose your favorite Direct X (worked with 11 here)

You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:
🔹Add your Anomaly folder to antivirus exceptions. For Windows Defender do as instructed here: #🖥️how-to-install message
🔹To keep your savefiles type !save in #🤖bot-commands
🔹Now delete all content inside your Anomaly installation folder
🔹If you no longer have both anomaly zip files then acquire them by typing !torrent in #🤖bot-commands (or if this is your second attempt)
🔹Move both the 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 Anomaly .zip files into the now clean Anomaly folder
🔹Right click the 1.5.1 file and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here"
🔹Then right click the 1.5.2 update and hover over "7-Zip", then select "Extract Here"
🔹Launch Anomaly to the main menu once, then exit the game
🔹Go to your GAMMA folder and delete ModOrganizer**.ini**, found right under the ModOrganizer.exe
🔹Now open the GAMMA launcher as admin and press First Install Initialization and select your Anomaly folder in the popup.
🔹Now untick/deselect all the options under the Install/Update G.A.M.M.A. button and press it to install and finish.

This is what you could find:

1. xray_yournamehere.txt
2. xray_yournamehere.log
3. xray_yournamehere without any file extension

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

You haven't updated to 1.5.2, that's why you're seeing this error.
If you already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

2. Open the zip, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
