moddb flags me everytime i try to download gamma, default mirror as well as mirrors 128/127. It completes installation, but multiple mods have failure to download. In the last 4 times to try to correct this download it seems to be the same mods everytime that fail to download.

G.A.M.M.A. isn't built with Warfare in mind and Warfare, per se, have bad perfomance, bugs, issues, etc., this is why it isn't recommended.
You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #🔨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #🔨modded-gamma-support.

Upgrading the M700 with the Deer Hunter Kit, in some saves, can crash the game. If this happens, simply drop the weapon and the kit, open the debug mode with F7 and spawn the already modified weapon in your inventory.

Hi support team. I got two issues. 1. Everytime I loot a PDA off of a dead stalker and try to look at it, it just brings up my PDA. The game won't recognize other PDAs. 2. All white stash coordinates are now gone on the map. Green coordinates show up, and my personal stashes show up as well. But all other stashes no longer show up on the map. So I've read and learned all I could about "busyhands" and I was wondering.
My save got busy hands but it is mild, I get it no matter what. I don't use FDDA, I need the stutterfix. I avoid using Esc when exiting conversations, PDA inventory etc. and other little things.

Sometimes it seems impossible to reload and get rid of it so what I do is that i go into Turn this on if you stutter>gamedata>configs>alife.ltx and there I change "auto_switch_distance_start" from 2000 to 1000 which removes the busy hands for a few days and when I get busy hands again back to 2000 and back and forth every time.
Some times launch crashes switching back to 2000 but it always work on the second try.

It works so far.. but my question is: can I keep this up or will my saves eventually get too corrupted with busyhands?

A possible fix for busyhands if you have the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod enabled: reduce the auto_switch_distance_start in small increments of a few hundred at a time in \GAMMA\mods\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs alife.ltx.
Start with like 300 or something, then every time you get busyhands randomly, reduce it by 200 more.
If the fix needs to be resistant to changes made by the installer make sure to also modify the alife.ltx file in \GAMMA\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs

If you get the bug on first load, try loading the same save again. It loads faster and is less likely to bug.

I have the basic mod list for gamma (no additions on my part). Everything has been working fine for like 2 months, but last night when I got on, all of my missions (secondary tasks) would not appear on the pda. I tried toggling them on and off, to no avail. I restarted, fast traveled, restarted my computer, no fix. Any ideas?

Strongly advise you change the mirror in GAMMA Installer to 127 or 128.

My game is crashing due to a "server entity has an killer and not dead" error, it's giving me the dead stalker's ID but the console does not let me use the g_kill command. Instead the console spams that it can't access the "Alive" class.

Hey there, when I try to launch the game through the GAMMA launcher's "RUN" button I just get the windows "something happened" sound effect with no error message.

Is there an error report it may be outputting to, or somewhere I can find more information?

im having an issue with companion inventory his weight limit is full and i gave him items to carry for me such an exosuit and an m4 tactical but when i go into his inventory to grab them theres nothing there i understand they are in his "secret inventory" and show up if he dies but not while hes alive. ive tried using 220 companion item fix and a separate mod to fix but neither have worked any insight is much appreciated

Wanted to report a bug I noticed. I'm pretty sure it is not your mod specifically, unless it's the new sound update. But noticed the carabineer shotgun last round even suppressed is doing this double sound effect. If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.

Has anyone figured out how to trick steam into thinking gamma is CoP for steam hours tracking? I did this with anomaly by puttin anomaly into steamapps/common/CoP and renaming some executables. From my understanding of reading the gamma installation guide, you have to run gamma through MO2 right? Any help with this would be appreciated. All steam needs is to have 2 execuatables named xrengine and Stalker-CoP in the main CoP folder

Ingame it can't hit 100% efficiency, as otherwise it would trigger a re-roll and the artifact would be down to low 10-15% again.
So it's capped at 99% efficiency.

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game

3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

Does anyone know what the fps drops are caused by? It's strange because it happens randomly, not very often but annoying. For example I will look to the right and the fps go down to 30 and every 1 second 1 fps goes down to for example 10 fps. This passes after about a minute. "out of memory" rarely is caused by actually running out of memory, it's usually some broken script from some mod getting stuck in a loop and using up all of Anomaly's allotted memory
