Good morning everyone, could someone please take a look at that crash log? My game has been running great for 20-30 hours but yesterday it crashed when visiting Agroprom and after that I could not load any save file for that character. The game always crashed at around 1/4 of the loading screen. I was able to create a new character but as I loaded into that one, I was able to move and do stuff in the world and I saw my HUD, but the screen was black. My main problem would be to first solve the crashes for my first character though.

His frames basically drop to nothing, even in the main menu. I've done some digging but can't find a clear cause.
The game isn't crashing, but it's running so poorly after the last update that it's borderline unplayable.

3. Launch Anomaly 1.5.2 once.

with an added step of coping the patch files at the end

Hi, I need your help - since yesterday, I've been getting a progressive audio crackling/tearing that gets progressively worse until game audio is unbearable. Here's what I know of it:
-Only happens in combat
-Most often happens when numerous actors are involved in combat (never happened when I attacked a lone enemy)
-Pressing Esc then going back to the game "resets" the bug : audio will be clean again and progressively degrade if the fight goes on
-If the above step is used after the fight, the audio will remain clean

I have turned "Check this if you're stuttering" mod on and have done the Core 0 fix for stutters. Those are the only changes I've made since installing GAMMA

Hello,

I have just encountered an extremely frustrating bug that has wiped out all of my active missions.
A quick google has shown a small number of people who have previously encountered this issue over the years with no apparent resolution other than a complete game restart.

As I am approximately 20 hours in I would rather avoid this.

I traveled from Yantar to Wild Lands, upon spawning, the PDA update noise played and all of my active missions were simultaneously marked complete. My 2 companions did not spawn with me, their health bar was grayed out and they were marked as 300m away.

I re-loaded the save, same issue. I reloaded my prior save in Yantar, same issue, all active missions marked complete. I loaded the 3rd prior save, approximately 20 min in game time prior to leaving the area, same issue again. I stopped re-loading old saves and backed up my save files.

Opening command console shows !ERROR: C:RandomTask:task_(fail or complete) Task_Name task is nil!

1. My install directory is C:\Stalker.
2. I am using defult mod list with no settings adjusted and the game has otherwise worked perfectly until this point.
3. I have used the GAMMA installer to do a "full install" again.

I have attached screenshots above.

I can get new missions from vendors that appear in my PDA.

2. Shockers need a second to recharge after discharging so try using bolts to trigger them and run through

You should not have to start a new game with it, and it's worth a shot to try your old save after updating since your current log is basically not stating why it's crashing

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

i struggled with this a lot, a fix that somehow worked for me is having all the titles be in plain alphabet? some song names had cyrillic words in them and i noticed in the mod description that cyrillic language acts funny with the game. also ogg bitrate for each track should be at 1411 kbps so you need to convert that as well
