why unwieldy RPK requires Advanced kit?
There's AK-105 Shakal, and I'm not sure why I'd use RPK over that in first place.

I haven't sold many of them but most traders buy junk artefacts while the other artefacts have to be "repaired" with the artefacts melter for them to be sellable. I'd sell them to the scientists personally.

I don't really know who gives better prices but I know them artefacts have to be in a certain condition to be sellable. Though I don't know if it's worth. I prefer keeping them for making stronger ones later on.
it's rly not worth selling them, because you need to fuse them into better ones and the time used to farm & fuse aint worth it

He's reloading/unjamming that PKM way too often for a 100 round mag.
they are affected by the overall gun condition, they will jam and reload to unjam more often the more damaged the gun is
but they dont care about part condition

Well depending on the armour you're wearing and the mag you're trying to reload it might not be supported. I'm wearing a leather jacket which supports 2 medium and 3 small mags, for example, but you're saying that reloading just performs the unjam animation so that might not be it

Suit durability upgrades, say +5% ones, make suit degrade 5% slower or work some other way?
and is there a durability difference between, say, Loner Exosuit (not exoskeleton, just heavy armor one) and identical Duty's Exosuit (PSZ-10d one). They are so close to each other I find it hard to decide which one, duty's sliightly more expensive tho.
upgrades values are weird, they dont give an accurate representation of what you are getting. i am sure someone knows more about how its all calculated but i sure dont
you would have to check their files but since they are the exact same class and same tier (i assume they are) they should have very similar stats
compare the upgrade paths
sometimes they can be better or worse, even on the same class of suits

the hybird armored suit is a seva suit
it has no similar suits and doesnt compare to anything else in stats

dafuq. It's a damn Exo by the Ballistic resistance/armor class/weight stat. A very solid Loner choice for that stage of the playthrough.

If you are experiencing stutter please try the following:
Update gamma to latest version
Set modlist to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
Turn on the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in mo2 (found under the GAMMA Fixes separator
If you have Nvidia GPU you can enable Triple Buffering in Nvidia control panel
Open anomaly launcher via mo2 tick prefetch sounds
You don't need the default mod list
Rostok will always tank your FPS a bit, too may people in one place
I'd try to lower render grass
even at 0 is the same
And yes Rostok is one of those place where FPS are shit

okay so based on the channel description, I think this is the right place to ask. Playing as a Mercenary, and my own player character has voice lines? He said some random aggressive statements during combat, I think something like "we're coming for you"? Also, when hit by one of the patrolling fireballs which nearly killed him he said something along the lines of "I'm a goner, boys". I hope by these descriptions someone can tell me which mod adds these player character quips so I can disable them?

changed my shadow map to 1536 but I doubt that would have anything to do with it
Close anomaly, mo2 gamma launcher anything you have related to it compeltley, make sure there isnt a task running in the background for anomaly or gamma. Shoot might just try PC restart. Then try again.

equipping the deer hunter kit crashes my game 
nothing but vanilla gamma loadout, i first noticed it after i went from garbage to agroprom, got immediately attacked by two snorks, one died at the gate right back to agroprom so i tried to loot it and accidentally went to garbage, after loading finished i went back to agroprom

Upgrading the M700 with the Deer Hunter Kit, in some saves, can crash the game. If this happens, simply drop the weapon and the kit, open the debug mode with F7 and spawn the already modified weapon in your inventory.

No they are not radio active. And the workbench doesn't block anything when you go to craft with it, it puts its inventory into your inventory. Which means you are holding the artifacts

Just lost my Ironman run to some Ecogs despite using my loner patch on a bandit suit
worst part is I had just gotten a belt slot but forgot to slot in my seraphim 
Maybe I’m not understanding, but I think that when you apply a patch you don’t get to “choose” which faction to spoof; you’re either your actual faction (no patch) or pretending to be the faction who’s armor you’re wearing (patch equipped). I.e. in your case, a bandit.
I mean that’s what I thought too
But when I wore the suit with no patch the inventory said ‘bandit’ so I assumed it wanted me to attach my Loner patch. If it was the other way around and I actually attached my bandit patch then that’s actually hilarious

Does a higher number under recoil strength mean the weapon has less recoil, because when comparing weapons the higher numbers are highlighted in green.
i think it is like, recoil reduction, if that makes sense, so yes, higher i believe is better 🙂

Eco saiga has highest recoil numbers. its not the worst, nor best one. the worst one is ,,basegame'' saiga by far with 2876. Then is Eco saiga with 4027. Then, we have Dushman's saiga, with 2635, which is lowest number, yet, best recoil.
if the lower number means better recoil however, why is Eco saiga better than normal one, if the normal one has lower number?

Hmmm I think i'll go with the M4A1 RAS since it has the grenade launcher, i'm just a little bit annoyed at the bug where if you have a side sight the main scope bugs out

that bug was present in BaS and i believe it was carried over from there. In BaS, if u attached an adjustable scope on a gun with a side reticle, you couldnt adjust main scope, just like u write. it was present in both kits (like, Kashtan + RMR, Specter+RMR etc) as well as on weapon kits (SA58 scout/defender/raider i believe?) as well as on guns with sidescope mounted by default (M4 Butcher, SR556 Ruger etc)

The Military one is the Power supply i thought, And you use battery packs to power the power suit after youve installed the power supply

the special abilities are however not necessary in order to use an exo

i just wiped out the entirety of Limansk and as i was sorting my inventory my game crashed. Anyway as a first time trying a nosorog on + the spartan helmet i can guarantee i used 0% of my brain while holding W and firing at enemies while taking next to no dmg

I think there's something wrong with shelter for emissions in my game, it's not detecting me being sheltered and I get damaged during the storm, is there a fix for this?
did the quest update to "stay sheltered" ?

Yes it did, however for some reason there's still a marker that shows find shelter despite me being at that marker

the marker can sometimes stay, its not an issue. are you wearing an artefact with negative psy resistance ?
you can click on "take all" in the inventory of the stash item to pick it up. as for other items like lamps, you can interact with them and pick up

the entire resistances system is fucked since vanilla anomaly, for now just dont wear anything reducing an anomalous resistance if going anywhere near that anomalous element

what's everyones strategy as far as managing companion's weapons. they waste a lot of condition shooting at walls lol, but noticed that the parts themselves do not degrade. does the overall condition matter for NPCs I guess is my main question
Yup if you give them a totally junk gun they will reload between each shot lol

parts matter too, its basically the same as a player, I am just unsure of how they wear the gun down vs a player.
Most people who talk about it here, just seem to give them junk guns and let them destroy them.
I see, thanks. yeah they seem to degrade the gun condition but the parts stay the same as you left it. i like giving them good weapons though because they do help out and they can be good snipers lol. i may just try doing the reliability upgrades to make it less of a chore to clean

Useful if you want a camp/hideout outside of X Faction Base
and you can put your crafting mats in it and dont have to take them in and out

Idk the quests should be achievable either way, if it is even absurd looking. Parkour is a completely viable option as well, no matter how "Broken" it may feel like. Use the geometry to your advantage. However, since I don't know the specifics, I can't help much sorry

Hi guys! After detaching a scope from my SKS, I can't aim down iron sight no more. Everything it does is a slight zoom in, and I can ADS only if I mount the scope again. Is there a fix?

I think if you just press v it should fix it. Some guns seem to have alternate aim modes but for some reason the SKS just zooms instead of using irons.
@dim shale The rf reciever quest in Meadows will break regulary, what happens is the squad who are supposed to spawn in dead spawn in alive. This is fixed by saving and loading, a new squad will be spawned in, dead. This can rarely happen in some other areas aswell I think, but its pretty much 50/50 in Meadows

Ok I had to apparently be near the building where I found like 20 stalkers crammed into one random room, and then had to daddysave and reload right next to them.....cos when I'd saved and reloaded last night it didn't work and when I left the area and came back it didn't work...but this worked....meadows is scuffed

No its not.
Damage is very complicated.
Basically guns have a damage value and bullets have an AP value. Armor has a BR value and a BR percentage. Effectively if your bullet has a higher AP than the enemy armor does BR (level not percent) then it will apply the full damage of the bullet to the enemy. If it does not then it will apply the damage to the armor piece you hit. If you do enough damage to that armor piece to break it now you are hitting the enemy and ap no longer matters. For the enemy shooting you it's mostly the same except your armor doesn't break instead the damage of the bullet is reduced by your armor.
Mutants don't have armor, you are always hitting their health, however they have parts of them that take extra damage and parts that take reduced damage. Basically weak spots.
The only real exception to this is SIN who have the armor system but also a flat 85% damage reduction. And stalker zombies who have the mutant method but also have the armor from when they were stalkers.

you can right click > tear patch from the suit you are wearing if you dont want to use the disguise, or wear it while someone is looking your way

like actually, in those higher areas, if you dont have high enough psi protection, you will step into the area, and you have about 30 seconds before your char will put their gun to their head. (not kidding)

im not sure if dead city is psi restricted? i remember i went there with no protection and it was fine
Not unfortunately it happens because that is stalker. There is no spawn area.
And no dead city is not high level nor psy protected

No anything north of Red Forest is "high level" and requires psy protectiob

nope i just was attacked by loners in rostok so i killed half of rostok thats all
I was playing shadow of chernobyl and in that you can kill friendly npcs and steal their crap
so I saved and I tried it and... bullets went through him.

Wild territory
High level is everything else
You can to everyone but companions, and mainly it's to prevent upsetting a whole faction because he walked into your line of fire.

well now that i think about it my merc companion got killed by chimera could that do something with it

ok so i just loaded autosave as i entered rostok killed my merc companion just to try if i killed him by accident before and it dint change my standing with them so not really sure how shooting up rostok could affect relationship with mercs
What's the best way as a Freedomer to go from AW to the South? I really don't want to use all my ammo clearing out Rostok

yeah its annoying when you have a keybind set to your mouse 3 and you end up switching weapons lol
I actually use mouse 3 lol, I just have a very high resistance scroll. And I honestly assumed xray was too dumb for mousewheel

In that case there are like 8 million reasons your rep could have changed. And yes the war with freedom could have been part of it, basically you got lumped onto the freedom side
