This is such a person to person metric. Everyone is going to be running different specs. I personally don't even check my fps and jsut care if it's smooth, but I'm running a decent build.

Woah woah woah, I just had an epiphany. 9x18 damage went up while the pen went down. The PP-19-01 Vityaz can still convert from 9x19 to 9x18 and usually that wouldn't be worth it since the buff wasn't enough to make the 9x18 do more damage. However, 9x18 fmj went from 18 damage and 15 pen to 14 pen and 23 damage!

Compared to 9x19 in the base gun, you do 17 pen and 21 damage. But since ur upgrading to a smaller bullet, your gun will get a damage increase to the 9x18 and it has a higher base flesh damage round. Ur just losing 3 pen and since ur using the gun against squishy targets anyway, I think this might be a decent upgrade?

Yeah, but the base damage will be much higher in the PP-19 due to the change of caliber like other guns going from higher to lower and having a bigger bonus. And since the 9x18 got a big increase to flesh but smaller reduction to armor pen, I think it might get a good bonus in a gun like the PP-19. I will test it out

Let drugs have stronger positives with more impactful downsides, have medkits be something that you don't just spam in the late game, but actually lean on as a post fight item with maybe other meds taking the place of in fight "keep me goings". I'm not a game designer so it's just rough concepting.

2. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
3. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
4. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
5. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS
6. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm
7. In game, go to Settings > Modded Exes > Optimization > Lua Garbage Collector and increase this bit by bit until microstutters/freezes stop. Default value is 300, people seem to find that 750-800 is the sweet spot, this will depend on your hardware
