Yirtrudis, a province of Highgarde is a democracy built to have a peaceful community, welcoming to new players, and a government void of tyrants. We believe that the world is to be ruled and shaped by the ideas of multiple people, we are an academic institute. We have a museum and a university in the works, so if your new, you still get to see everything from the outside without having to travel.
