I believe that's just where the avatar temporarily goes upon upload/play mode. If you're looking for VRCFury folder, scroll down on the left of that where it shows your directories and expand packages. VRCFury Prefabs folder among everything else is there

I believe really the only thing is in your avatar descriptor it's remove the base layer if there is one and there's a chance of odd behavior if you have an action layer but other than that, looks good.

Also in the avatar select menu, it shows my model doing random animations, but it doesnt do it in the mirror.

Are you talking about the 3D Avatar Preview above the Change Into Avatar button?

I think the animation the 3D Avatar Preview does by default is the same as the "AFK" button in the image above, but I could be wrong.

Oh that's a new submenu for 1.7.8, it changes your idle animation for crouching/prone.
