How do I access the editor?

I am looking around but can't find a way to access the editor.
I tried launching the .exe which traditionally would work.
I found the editor package in the menu settings and activated it which seemingly did nothing.
I clicked on every button and tab but couldn't find any access to the editor.

When you launch the game from Steam, there is an option to "Launch Editor"
