i have completed everything up to boarding the frieght elevator and cant reach level twelve bc of this so please lmk what to do

what exactly is your problem reaching 12? You need Excavator-Bits 5 to get there, lower ones are not useable and you have to proceed in the story before reaching S12

Did you interact with the Panel of the freight-elevator-console on Strata 11 and fullfill the requirements there?

we dont have that quest line

i'm not totally sure if the tap-wire questline is needed to proceed, if yes go to this position and enter the second door to continue - if its not necessary this semms to be a bug, but easyest way might be testing it

hmm maybe try a old autosave before finishing the freighgt-elevator to do this again hoping it will push the screne as it should?

Just to bump this I had the same issue with coop. I reloaded the save, walked toward the elevator, and the cutscene activated

I had the same problem but it was just my idiocy bc I usually stay out of the elevator it’s self so I tried interacting with the panel and thane after an hour i finally realized that you just had to walk in lol

There is a terminal in the first room of the elevator warehouse (left of the entrance) with an arrow pointing upwards.
Did you interact./scan that one?
