Cannot thresh it, blast it , anything n everything except creating smelter mk2 and blast smelter.
Pls focus on tech tree devs :'). I'm crying to have so many indestructible ceramic tiles, I thought to use it at a later spot and bam I cant even thresh it

Heya! Yup, unfortunately, there is currently no means of destroying Ceramic Tiles directly. However, there is a roundabout way to get rid of them, if you really, really want to do it -- and you already hinted at it!
Since the recently introduced Blast Incineration lets you destroy machines, you can manufacture and destroy a bunch of Smelters to likewise destroy the Ceramic Tiles that you used to create them.
Naturally, Blast Incineration can be added onto in the future, and we've got your feedback on note. Thanks, too!
