Yes it's been since last day I play and I had to restart game few times because I couldn't interact also to gather some plants

Ah, OK, I suspect I know what's happening here. There's a timing window around when you upgrade a Production Terminal where a bunch of dialog and quest triggers are queued, and if you save in between some of them, it can cause this sort of state where the game gets confused about where you are in the quest progress. If you have a save from before the one where this was happening, loading back to that should work.

I've had something similar to this in the past. It looks like you are at Lima there, have you gone up to Victor and tried to activate it there? It may not give you the prompt but I have had that work before.

It seems like the main problem are the final upgrades at Lima, where Sparks has a lot of dialog, in sequence with quest beacon updates. Right now it's a little too easy to save in that danger window; looking at ways to fix this for the future.

Well I don't have an further save before the game ask me to interact so I will try to activate it at victor

Itlooks like they have already gone to Victor from the looks of the top quest. I've had it where the activation was meant to occur at the other terminal. I wish I could remember exactly what it was but I don't think I had that on any of my videos,nor did I report it.

That should be a Victor task anyway, given that you already progressed to plantmatter frames and processor units
