I'm a little confused, what is the #cc-challenges channel and why is it locked?

If it is for giving Milestone Challenges for people who already finished the early access build and looking for a bigger challenge in the game, then I'm all for posting in game milestone challenges. But, then why is it locked?

currently just speedrunning existing content is a challenge!
