When I try to send items from a monorail it shows that I hav eno available MJ but the Monorail pole next to it shows that I have 930 MJ available, and I can receive items just fine

There's currently a bug where the depots that are connected to power via a HVC cable will not work properly.

If that's the case for you, the current workaround is to delete the HVC and work with power floors or independent power supplies!
