How in the world do you use the omniseeker?

carry it around and "scan" items, that will reviel the frequency of that item, then you can scroll to that frequency to find more of that item

Above the icons of findables (select one by scroll wheel) is a number. It's zero when noting is found in your viewing direction, but get high the closer you are. Keep in mind that verticality is a thing
